In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" mean GameTheoryZ / 上海梦加一网络科技有限公司.

2. Games covered by this policy

• Bubble Merge (Google Play / App Store: com.gametheory.bubblemerge)

3. Information stored on your device

Our Games save information such as your level progress, settings (sound, vibration) and tutorial status on your own device so the Game works properly. This information stays on your device and is deleted when you uninstall the Game.

None of our Games require an account, sign-up or login.

4. Information collected automatically

Some of our Games show ads and use analytics to understand how the Game is played and to measure ad campaigns. In those Games, we and our partners may automatically collect:

• device information (device model, operating system, language, country, screen size)
• device and advertising identifiers (such as the Google Advertising ID, Apple IDFA where you allow it, or IDFV)
• IP address and approximate location derived from it
• gameplay and usage data (levels played, session length, in-game events, crashes)
• ad data (which ads were shown or clicked, and how the app was installed)

We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, precise location, contacts or photos.

5. How we use this information

• to run, maintain and improve the Games
• to analyse how players use the Games and fix problems
• to show ads, including personalised ads where you have allowed it
• to measure the success of our marketing campaigns
• to prevent fraud and keep the Games secure
• to comply with legal obligations

Ad networks connected through Unity or AppLovin may also receive the information in section 4 to show ads.

We do not sell your personal information for money.

7. Your choices

• Personalised ads: on Android, go to Settings > Google > Ads to reset your advertising ID or opt out of ad personalisation. On iOS, you can choose "Ask App Not to Track" when asked, or turn off Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
• Consent: where the law requires it (for example in the EU and UK), we ask for your consent before using your data for personalised ads, and you can change your choice at any time.
• Stop all collection: uninstall the Game.

8. Children's privacy

Our Games are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through our Games, please contact us and we will delete it.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example the EU, UK, California or China), you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to object to certain uses of it. To make a request, email us and include the name of the Game. Because we do not use accounts, we may ask for your device's advertising ID to find your data.

10. Data retention and transfers

We and our partners keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by law. Our partners may process information in countries other than yours, including the United States, under appropriate safeguards.

11. Security

We use reasonable measures to protect information. No method of storage or transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The new version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
